Description

Assignment from Peter William March of Berry Hall gent. to John Betham of Rowington Hall gent. of three messuages in Baddesly Clinton in the occupation of John Shakspear, Edward Clarke and Thomas Satchwell held by the said Peter William March for the term of 500 years upon trusts defined in 426. To hold for the remainder of the said term subject only to an indenture made 3 November 1712 between Edward Ferrers of Baddesley Clinton esq. son of George Ferrers, the said Peter William March and Oliver Fullwood of Coleshill gent. whereby the said Edward, who was entitled to the reversion of the said term, and in order to pay the said Peter William March £20 per annum from the said lands, assigned the same to the said Oliver Fullwood, which rent was now due to the said John Betham. 7 July 1715.
