Description

Memorandum of agreement between Richard Fowler of Aston near Birmingham gent., Commissioner appointed for executing the powers of the Rowington Inclosure Act, and Edward Ferrers of Baddesley Clinton, esq., whereby the said Edward Ferrers agreed to purchase for £437 four pieces of land on Rowington Green in Rowington containing respectively 3 acres and 2 roods, 3 acres and 6 perches, 2 roods and 10 perches, and 1 acre, 2 roods and 38 perches, the said lands lying between the road leading to Wroxall and old inclosures, three of which belonged to Edward Ferrers and one to William Taylor. The said Edward to pay the costs of the said conveyance, and to be responsible for fencing and maintaining the fences round the said lands, on the west next to the Birmingham and Warwick Turnpike Road, on the south next to the road leading to Wroxall, on the east side of an allotment made to the said William Taylor and on every side adjoining the allotments made to the said Edward Ferrers. 9 February 1819.
