Bond from Humphrey Jennens of Erdington Hall esq., William Sadler of Castle Bromwich gent., William Spencer of Hondsworth, co. Stafford gent., John Slow of Solyhull yeoman and Edward Sadler son and heir of the said William Sadler to George Ferrers son and heir of Henry Ferrers of Badsley Clinton esq. and Francis Willughby of Cossall [Cossal] co. Nottingham esq. to secure performance of covenants in the penal sum of £2,080. 23 December 1669. Signed: Humphrey Jennens, Will. Sadler, Wm. Spencer, John Slowe, Edward Sadler.
