Description

Grant in the Court of Wards and Liveries to Job Dighton esquire of an annuity of £10 charged on lands in cos. Gloucester and Warwick, late of Sir Henry Raynsford Knight, deceased, during the minority of Henry Raynsford esquire, ward of Court and heir of the said Sir Henry, and confirmed to Job Dighton with the custody of the body and marriage of the said Henry Raynsford; in the event of his dying unmarried before reaching the age of 21 years, the annuity would be continued and custody confirmed of any other or others the heir or heirs male of Sir Henry Rainsford during minority. Dated at Westminster 15 February 17 Charles. No seal. Endorsed with note of audit, Michaelmas Term 1648.
