Surrender from John Kemson of Henley-in-Arden gent., executor of the will of Robert Freeman of Henley-in-Arden gent. deceased, to Thomas Ferrers of Sutton Coldfield esq., son and heir of Edward Ferrers of Sutton Coldfield but formerly of Baddesley Clinton esq. deceased, of the manor of Kingswood and several woods called Haywood, Gilberts coppice, Cleypitt coppice, Sides coppice, and Rowington coppice in the parishes of Lapworth, Baddesley Clinton and Rowington, which lands were formerly mortgaged by the said Edward Ferrers to the said Robert Freeman to secure £153.15s. which sum was now repaid. 14 February 1734/5 [Old style 1735].
