Counterpart of a Lease from Edward Ferrers of Baddesley Clinton esq. to Robert Brome of Woodlowe esq. of two closes of pasture called the two Brome fields with meadow land at the bottom of the same, in the occupation of William Paule butcher in Woodlowe in the parish of St. Nicholas, Warwick, with woods and appurtenances belonging to the same, also two closes of pasture called Tanners closes in Woodlowe, Overwoodcote or Netherwoodcote in the parish of Leeke Wootton in the occupation of the said Robert Brome, and a piece of meadow and part of the R. Avon in the tenure of George Marshall of Warwick in the parish of Leeke Wootton. To hold the same for 5 years for the annual rent of £5, the said lease to be void if the said rent was not paid. 12 May 11 Charles II [1638]. Signed: Robert Brome.
