Draft copy of a Lease and Release, the release being a draft of DR3/409 containing an endorsement of the appointment of Henry Yearwood of Warwick gent. as attorney to deliver seisin. 19 and 20 January 1668/9 [Old style 1669]. Lease endorsed: 1. [In a near contemporary hand] Hen: Ferrers his leas to Fran: Willughby 2. [c.1839] 19th January 1668 (sic) Dr Bargain and Sale of Baddesley to vest possession in order to a Recovery being suffered to uses declared by the Release of 20th January 1668 (sic). Release endorsed: 1. [In a near contemporary hand] Hen: Ferrers his releas to Fr: Willughby 2. [c.1839] 20th January 1668 (sic) Henry Ferrers Francis Willoughby Dr Release of Baddesley as to parts of the estates to the uses therein declared and as to other parts thereof to uses to be declared therof by other deeds of the same date.
