Assignment from William Avern of Rowington gent. with the consent of George Phillips son and heir of George Phillips of Rowington labourer deceased to Edward Sale of Henley-in-Arden gent., at the nomination of Thomas Reynolds of Rowington tailor of a cottage, lands and appurtenances in trust to attend the inheritance of the said George Phillips, which said property was formerly mortgaged by the said George Phillips deceased to the said William Avern for £6 plus interest and was now to be purchased by the said Thomas Reynolds.
