Description

Indenture and counterpart of fine made at Westminster before Charles Lord Camden, Edward Clive, Henry Bathurst and Henry Gould, justices, and others then and there present, between Robert Knight esq., Earl of Catherlough in Ireland, plaintiff, and John Knottesford, esq., deforciant, of the manors of Studley and Holt and of 15 messuages, 40 cottages, 15 barns, 15 stables, 4 mills, 40 gardens, 15 orchards, 250 acres land, 200 acres meadow, 200 acres pasture, 100 acres wood, 100 acres furze and heath, 50 acres land covered with water, fishing in the river Arrow and common of pasture for all cattle in Studley, and also of the rectory, tithes and advowson of Studley, for £1200.
