Lease and release, the release being a conveyance from Henry Hemming of Mappleborough Green in the parish of Studley, co. Warwick, farmer, to Robert Knight (as before) and Sir Francis Burdett of Foremark, co. Derby, baronet, his nominal trustee in consideration of £325 of a piece of land called Little Broad Meadow situate at Washford in the parish of Studley, with covenant by Henry Hemming to produce title deeds and schedule thereof.
