Bargain sale and feoffment from Edward Cokayne of Pooley esq. to Clement Ludford of Rowington gent. and Clement Throckmerton of Witherley co. Leicester gent. of the manor of Kingeswood with all lands, rights and appurtenances being part of the inheritance of Sir Thomas Cokayne knt. deceased, together with lands in Kingeswood, Packwood, Knowle, Rowington and Lapworth and the deeds relating to the same. To hold to the said grantees and the heirs of the said Clement Ludford for ever, Warranty clause by the said Edward and Jane his wife, the said Edward appointing William Foster, Thomas Oldenoll and Richard Birde gents. attorneys to deliver seisin.
