Recognizance made by Edward Cokayne esq. and Jane his wife in the presence of Anthony Harcourte and Thomas Oldnoll of a fine to be made to the said Edward and Jane to Clement Ludford gent. and Clement Throckmerton gent. of the manor of Kingswood with lands and appurtenances and 12 messuages, 5 cottages, 17 gardens, 17 orchards, 400 acres of land, 200 acres of meadow, 400 acres of pasture, 200 acres of wood, 40 acres of heath and 20s. annual rent with appurtenances in Kyngeswood, Packwood, Knowle, Rowington and Lapworthe with view of frankpledge in Kyngswood, Rowington and Lapworthe and fishing rights in Kyngeswood.
