Quietus granted to Sir Robert Drayton bart. sheriff of co. Worcester for the year ending Michaelmas 22 Charles II [1670] for £62 5s. charged upon lands in Badgley Clynton of an annual value of £65 which lands were extended by a writ of extent upon a plea of debt brought by Elizabeth Phinney widow against Henry Ferrers of Badgley esq. The lands listed were Little Gilberts being 8 acres, Greene field being 8 acres in the tenure of Robert Shakespeare, Copic close being 7 acres in the tenure of John Sandalls, one messuage in Badgley and 16 acres of land and 15 acres of meadow called Carters meadow in the tenure of Thomas Becke, one messuage in Badgley and 12 acres of pasture in the tenure of Thomas Patston, 20 acres of pasture called Great Males, a pasture of 12 acres called Newlands, 8 acres of meadow called Newlands meadow in the tenure of William Knight and 14 acres of meadow called Deere meadow in the tenure of William Greene.
