Mortgage from Henry Ferrers of Baddesley Clinton esq. to Fulwar Skipwith of Broome Courte esq. of a messuage, two orchards, a garden and two closes of pasture in Rowington lying at the back of the said messuage and adjoining a pasture of the said Henry Ferrers called Birchee field in Baddesley, also another close with a cottage erected on it in the tenure of Clement Lucas in Rowington and a close called Little Greene field in Baddesley in the tenure of the said Clement Lucas. To hold for 200 years for a pepper corn rent, with the proviso that the same should be void if the said Henry paid the said Fulwar 84s. on 5 December next and £82 on the following 5 June at the said dwelling house of the said Fulwar.
