Description

Assignment of lease from Henry Ferrers of Baddesley Clynton esq., executor of the will of his father Edward Ferrers deceased, with the consent of Robert Brome of Woodloes esq., to Thomas Archer of Tanworth esq., at the direction and nomination of Sir Henry Puckeringe alias Newton bart. of the Priory in or near Warwick, of a pasture called Cowpasture in Woodlow, Overwoodcott and Netherwoodcott formerly in the occupation of the said Robert Brome, which land was formerly lease on 27 February 15 Charles I [1640] from the said Robert Brome to the said Edward Ferrers for 99 years. To hold for the residue of the said term, excepting a term of 5 years granted by the said Henry Ferrers to George Neale of Warwick gent. on 8 August 1657, which term was due to begin on Lady Day last.
