Counterpart of indenture of mortgage between Sir Henry Goodere of Pollesworthe, co. Warwick, Knight, of the one part and Edmunde Gregory of Baginton, co. Warwick, gentleman, Marie Gregory his wife and William Gregory, gentleman, their son, of the other part, of the capital messuage known as the Lownte, one little stripe or closse adjoining known as Barkers corner and one parcel of meadow ground called Radforde medowe, all situate in Baginton, by demise for life to Edmund and Marie with remainder to William, or in case of his prior death to their executors for one year. Consideration £100. It was further witnessed that Sir Henry appointed Hugh Willington of Coventry, gentleman, and John Clarke of the same city, mercer, his true and lawful attorneys. Signed: Edm.
