Lease and release, the release being an appointment by Elizabeth Smith, Moreton Hall, Inkberrow, Worcestershire, widow to William Smith, New Milman Street, Middlesex, esq., son of Elizabeth and a conveyance by Elizabeth Perkins of Studley, co. Warwick, widow, the sister and heiress-at-law of Thomas Ashfield, clerk, deceased, as trustee, at the request of the said Elizabeth Smith, to William Bromley of Grays Inn, co. Middx., gent., of a messuage, farm and lands in Studley in trust for the said William Smith. Signed by the parties, with seals. Witnesses: 1. Thos. Smith; 2. Elizabeth Smith, John Blackburn; 3 and 4.
