Knight of Barrels

Description

Attested copy grant by John Reeve of Coughton, co. Warwick, gent., only son of John Reeve late of Island Hill in the parish of Studley, same county, deceased, to Jane Reeve of Coughton his widow, of an annuity of £100 charged on the messuage known as Island Hill farm and lands thereto belonging in place of an annuity of like amount devised by John Reeve, deceased, and charged on properties of which he was only tenant for life, subject to a reduction by half on remarriage.
