Warwick, farmer, but then of Birmingham, same county, miller, to John Watts of Alcester, same county, builder, and John Bale of Clarks Green in the parish of Studley, farmer, his trustee, in consideration of £120 of a cottage and premises at Littlewood Green in Studley.
