Counterpart of indenture of assignment between Roger Sanderson of Eltisly, co. Cambridge, yeoman and Roger Sanderson of Eaton Bray, co. Bedford, clerke, his eldest son, reciting that Emme Aldridge and John Aldridge late of Wendover, co. Buckingham, by indentures of assignment dated 20 July 1632 demised to Roger Sanderson the father the halfe yard of meadow lying in Billingdon long meade in the parish of Laighton Bussard, co. Bedford, having the ground of Mathew Peddar on the west and abutting north on Billingdon, for the residue of a term of 1000 years, and then witnessing that Roger Sanderson the father in consideration of the sum of £40 sett over to Roger Sanderson the son the said half yard of meadow for the remainder of the said term.
