Description

Attested copy lease and release of those dates, the release being conveyance from John Chellingworth late of Samborn, but then of the borough of Warwick, yeoman, surviving devisee in trust under the will of John Barber, late of Feckenham, co. Worcs., tailor, deceased, William Stoakes of Alvechurch, same county, yeoman, and Elizabeth his wife, Ann Robinson of Studley, widow, and Thomas Silk of Harborne, co. Stafford, blacksmith and Hester his wife (which said Elizabeth, Ann and Hester were three of the daughters of the said John Barber), to Thomas Smith of Ipsley, co. Warwick, tanner, for £280 of a messuage called Buckleys, tenement and land in Studley. Signed by the parties. Witnesses: W. James, Richd: James. (Copy made 1 March 1845).
