Agreement between Jonathan Pym late of Birmingham, co. Warwick, draper and Mary his wife of the one part and Frances Holbeche of Studley, same county, widow of John Holbeche, late of the same, maltster, deceased, of the other part for the sale to Frances Holbeche of (her daughter) Mary Pym's share under the intestacy of the said John Holbeche of a freehold estate in the parish of Studley.
