Indenture of fine made at Westminster in three weeks of Holy Trinity 9 George before Peter King, Robert Tracy, Robert Dormer and Alexander Denton, justices, and afterwards in the octave of the Purification 10 George granted and recorded before the same justices, between William Lucy, clerk and John Warner, gentleman, plaintiffs and Richard Dighton esquire and Alice his wife and ffrancis Keyt Dighton, esquire, deforciants, of 150 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow and 100 acres of pasture with appurtenances in Clifford als Clifford Chambers, which the deforciants acknowledged to be the right of the plaintiffs, on payment by the latter of £300 sterling.
