Lease and release, the latter being a conveyance from George Wingfield Sparrow and William Wingfield, with the consent of Robert Knight, to Humphrey Hay of Studley, co. Warwick, needlemaker, and Joseph Holyoake of Redditch, co. Worcs., needlemaker, nominal trustee of the last-named, for £32 of a cottage and premises in Studley, with a covenant to produce deeds and schedule thereof. Signed: G.W. Sparrow, Wm: Wingfield, R.
