Warwick, esquire, deceased, to William Fetherston and John Phillipps of the same, gentleman, by assignment of a term of years derived by indenture of 12 May 1655 from John Knottisford (her brother), then of Studley, esquire, deceased, and John Berecroft of Meere Greene in the parish of Hanbury, co.
