Description
Lease of possession by Robert Knight of Barrels House, co.Warwick, esq., to William Holmes of Studley, same co., miller, of a messuage, water corn mill and lands in Studley for 21 years subject to a charge of a guinea a week payable to Elizabeth Cooke until 25 March 1814 and at a rent of £55.10s.8d a year until that date and of £100 a year thereafter.
