Petition of Thomas Mortiboys, Packwood, husbandman to the Justices of Assize for Warwickshire re seizure of cattle as heriot by John Archer the elder upon lands called Light Hall, Tanworth leased to Mortiboys by John Parker, gent., upon whose death Archer claimed heriot. Endorsed in Simon Archer's hand 'Concerning parkers land in Tanworth called Crewhulls other lands now Greswolds and concerning the wardship of Parker.
