Description
Case for the defence in Henry Wootton, against Henry Heydon, gent Robert Cramer, for distraining two cows from his land at Tanworth called Dearnells alias Dyrnells. Heydon Cramer acting as bailiffs for Sir Simon Archer who claimed beasts as heriots due. Abstracts from court rolls 1570-1648 to prove lands heriottable.
