Memorandum of Agreement between Harriet Coling and Jane Coling, S/A, spinsters and Richard Chattaway, S/A, draper, that the Misses Coling shall not call in the 5 promissory notes for £500 each given to them by Chattaway before the dates agreed (between 1849 and 1853) unless Chattaway or his sureties become insolvent when the Misses Coling may sue for immediate repayment.
