Description
Draft release by Ann Fellows, S/A, widow, to James Arkell, Cheltenham, Glos., mealman, for £75 of a piece of ground between the Birmingham Road and The Shop Ground, which shop ground formerly belonged to John Payton and was sold by him to Thomas and James Arkell [1822], abutted on SE by ground of Dorothy Smith, widow. The property belonged to Elizabeth Barke, widow, and passed on her death to her daughter, the said Ann Fellows, then the wife of Thomas Fellows.
