Draft mortgage by Francis Higginson, S/A, esq., to John Branston Freer, S/A, esq., for better securing a loan of £1000 made in October 1819 of land on which a messuage and malthouse lately stood, together with the backside etc. upon which stables, coach-house and outbuildings were lately erected in Rother Market [5-6] together with large garden ground lying behind the same stables, down to a lane leading from the Binton Road to the Alcester Road abutted on N. by premises late Higginson, now Margaret Bayzand, widow; on N and W by newly erected cottages of John Lord, on W. by the lane and on S. by barn of Corporation leased to Thomas Mason.
