Two draft licences from the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal Company to Benjamin Baylis, S/A, corn and coal dealer and wharfinger, to assign, by way of mortgage, to William Fisher, Hillborough, gent., the leasehold wharf and warehouse on the Bancroft, held of them by lease for 35 years dated 25 May 1836.
