Contract and specifications between the Trustees of the Warwick and Paddlebrook and Warwick and Stratford Roads and William Martin, S/A, mason and Joseph Holtom, S/A, carpenter, for the taking down and rebuilding Millway Toll House, Old Stratford. Enclosed are Martin's tender and certificates of completion January 1848-January 1849, signed by S.E.K. Nicklin, architect, Evesham.
