Draft mortgage by Phoebe Court, wife of Leonard Court, S/A, butcher, and Joseph Reason, her trustee to William Crowther Somerville Aston, Glos., gent. and John Blick, Dodderhill Worcs., gent. for £500 and interest of The Shoulder of Mutton Bridgetown, wharf and premises to raise money for erection of new buildings on adjoining land. Recital 1 2 July 1836 Purchase of said premises by Joseph Reason as trustee for Phoebe Court, for £834.7s.9d from Kenrick Collett and William Williams.
