Draft release by James Nason, S/A, blacksmith to John Phipps, S/A, cabinet maker, for £49 of 290 sq. yards of garden ground in Scholars Lane, Stratford-upon-Avon in occupation William Jones with 39' frontage and extending to garden of Dinah Warrilow, widow, together with use of 4' road running 24ft. beside the said ground. Recital 1 2 Jan 1827 Conveyance Thomas Battersbee, Richard Gibbs, Thomas Hunt and Rebecca Maria his wife to said James Nason.
