Conveyance by William Hemings, S/A, surveyor, and Ann his wife, with the consent of Thomas Hemings, London, merchant, to Thomas Tasker, S/A, gent., and John Tasker, S/A, grocer, for £120 cash and £350 due on mortgage of same of house and premises in Wood Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, formerly occupied by John Asplin and James Kennedy, since --- Cave , now John Averill [no.19-20] which were bought by Thomas Hemings, deceased, of Richard Walford and were taken down and rebuilt by the said Thomas Hemings. Recitals i) 6 June 1780: Mortgage by Thomas Hemings, carpenter, to William Tasker, butcher, for £80. ii) 13 Feb 1811: Assignment to Thomas Tasker, S/A, gent., for £270, to Hemings and £80 to Tasker. iii) 6 Dec 1810: Will of Thomas Hemings leaving all real and personal estate to son William Hemings, chargeable with £500 to other son Thomas. iv) 19 Feb 1811: Death of Thomas Hemings, sr.
