Draft release by John Cory, Shottery, gent. and Mary Ashby his wife, with the consent of Thomas Woods Weston his mortgagee, to George Cattell Greenway, Warwick, gent., of freehold land in Shottery, purchased in 1807 of John Pace and Ann his wife, viz: 11a. 12r. 9p., being part of Alcester Road Ground, Waterland ground and Cock Leys, in trust to sell to secure repayment of £4400 borrowed at interest from Thomas Woods Weston, and to declare the uses of a fine to bar dower.
