Agreement between Thomas Blunn, Clifford Chambers, collar maker, and James Haining, S/A, tea dealer, for the sale and purchase for £220 of reversion in two houses in John Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, expectant upon the death of Hannah Blunn, widow, which were erected by William Blunn, father of the said Thomas upon part of the Barn Ground, purchased by him of the late John Payton.
