Copy conveyance by John Wells of Stratford-upon-Avon, baker to Robert Hobbes of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent. and James Robbins, Clifford Mill, miller, in trust to sell and repay debt of £240 to said James Robbins of messuage and malthouse in Henley Street, Stratford-upon-Avon [no.61] formerly in the occupation Thomas Southam, then John Boult and John Lench, since Robert Shaw, now John Wells, subject to mortgage of £200 and interest to John Osborne, Hampton Lucy, miller.
