Description
Conveyance by lease and release from Thomas Webb of Sherborne, esq., with the consent of John Higgins of Tiddington, gent. to John Bolt of Binton, tailor, for £80, of the premises described in no. DR 42/661, devised by Thomas Wootton, late of Stratford-upon-Avon, baker, to John Higgins and conveyed by him, on 1 and 2 September 1735 to the said Thomas Webb in trust to sell [no.61].
