Will of Marmion Edward Ferrers, dated 17 July 1874, bequeathing all his property to his wife, Rebecca Dulcibella, for life and then limited in tail male; with codicil, dated 6 November 1876, devising all the estates, after the death of his widow, to Edward Heneage Dering for life, and then limited in tail male.
