Marriage Settlement of Michael Dyde, Stratford-upon-Avon, baker (son of William Dyde, Stratford-upon-Avon, baker and Avice his wife) and Ursula Sherrington [or rather Shervington] daughter of Leonard, Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., by which said William and Avice convey messuage and bakehouse in Wood Street, in the occupation of Michael Dyde, to Trustees (Richard Smith, Stratford-upon-Avon, tobacconist and Richard Allen, Stratford-upon-Avon, grocer) to use of Michael Dyde for life, then of Ursula with remainder to their issue and in default to right heirs of Michael Dyde. Marriage portion paid by Leonard Sherrington, £300.
