Description
Bundle of papers concerning the administration of the estate of Louisa Higgins of Alveston House, Milverton, spinster, died 5 June 1872. Mostly executors' correspondence but includes residuary account, and some bills and receipts, from 1857, and a list of title deeds, from 1827, to various Higgins' properties and securities: includes estates in Farnborough and Chorlton upon Medlock, Lancashire.
