Settlement by lease and release, on the marriage of Thomas Hinde of Cheltenham, co. Gloucestershire, surgeon, and Ann Norwood of the same, spinster, of a messuage and three and a quarter yardlands in Tiddington, in Alveston, late in the successive tenures of George Hinde, grandfather of Thomas Hinde, and George Hinde, father of Thomas, and now of George Ward.
