Description
Assignment by John James, of Warwick, innholder, with the consent of Charles Henry Hunt, steward of John Frederick [Sackville], Duke of Dorset, to Henry Smith, of Stratford upon Avon, blacksmith, for £40, of a lease from the Duke of Dorset, dated 25 March 1778, for 21 years at a yearly rent of 2 shillings 6 pence, of a messuage in Wood Street then in the occupation of Alice Lea, since of Moses Bannister and now of the said Henry Smith.
