Draft case for the Opinion of Counsel re claim of William Palmer, Atherstone, schoolmaster, against the Town Council of Evesham for compensation, he having been appointed Headmaster of Prince Henry's Grammar School by the Council and subsequently deprived when the Charity Commissioners decided that the right of appointment had passed to the Municipal Charity Trustees under the Municipal Corporations Act.
