Description

Lease by Charles [Sackville], Earl of Dorset and Middlesex, to Thomas Woolmer, of Stratford upon Avon, gent., of the lops and tops of trees on common grounds in Stratford called the Bancrofts or the Great and Little Bancrofts, having the Avon on the east and south, the stone Bridge on the north, and the row of houses called the Waterside houses on the west; with the mud and soil of the ditches, etc. for 61 years at a rent of 12 shillings.
