Deed of sale by Robert Wotten of Stratford upon Avon, `barber-chyrurgeon' and Anne, his wife, to Thomas Wotton, brother of the said Robert of Hampton Lucy, tailor, for £12 of a cottage, etc. in Old Stratford by the waterside in Cooke Row in the tenure of William Eddon lying between cottages of Henry Cauthery, the one in the tenure of --- Bently on the north and the other in the tenure of -- Frankeline on the south. Witnesses: Samuel Phillips, Elizabeth Eddon, Margaret Franklin.
