Conveyance by Edward Underhill of London, gent., son and heir of Edward Underhill, late of Upthorpe in Alderminster, co. Worc., esq., deceased, and Edward Underhill and Hercules Underhill of London, grocers, his uncles, to Edward Canninge senior, of Upper Eatington [Ettington], butcher, for £145 paid to Edward Underhill first-named, of two messuages, one yardland, etc. in Upper Eatington in the tenure of Thomas Kitchin and Francis Walker.
