Draft of a transfer of a Mortgage from Sarah Lythall of Radford, spinster, to Thomas Miles of Leamington Priors, of a messuage called Windmill Inn or Halfway House together with a windmill and lands in Snitterfield with right of redemption reserved to Thomas Hiron formerly of Southport co.
